Wafco Mills – Community Project Updates & Resident Reminders

The Wafco Mills Board of Directors is pleased to share updates on ongoing community projects and important reminders for all residents.

Project Updates

Trash Enclosure – Construction is approximately 80% complete. Remaining steps include installation of brick corner columns, final grading, and site clean-up.

Brickwork Repairs – Masonry work at the Fulton Street and McGee Street buildings is approximately 90% complete. All brickwork and window wells will be pressure washed once work is finished.

Trash Disposal Reminder

Residents are reminded not to place personal trash into contractor work trucks, dump trucks, or other vendor equipment.

🚫 No Bulk Trash Pickup – Large items should be taken to the White Street Landfill. Dumping large items on the property or in common areas is prohibited. The Board will review whether bulk trash service will return once the enclosure is complete.
