New Year Business: Parking Tags & Violation Walk-Throughs

Parking Tags

The new year is fast approaching, and that means a new set of parking tags for residents. Due to the changeover to a new board of directors in mid-November, parking tags were delayed a little further than we’d hoped. The 2026-2027 tags have been designed and approved, but won’t be printed and distributed until after the new year. Towing will not be enforced during this period – that means you can still park in your designated spots and pads (with your 2024-2025 stickers visible) without worry. Once tags are in the hands of owners or residents, however, there will be a timeframe for tags to be in place on cars before towing becomes enforced again. So put them on as soon as you get them!

Once distributed, there will be a $25 fee for lost or stolen tags. Let your property managers/unit owners know if you are in need of a replacement at any time.

Violation Walk-Through

We also want to give owners and residents a formal warning that in January or February, our association managers at Priestley Management Company and board members will be performing a walk-through to issue violations. During this walk-through, we will issue written warnings for things such as trash on porches, unapproved hanging items from balcony roofs and masonry, indoor furniture placed outdoors, and general tidiness. Please consider this your official notice to re-read the Rules & Regulations (dropped off at the doors of all residents along with parking tags), and to look for items that may be non-compliant. Please be mindful to put away your holiday decorations once the season is over, and dispose of unsightly items such as dead plants, in order to retain the cleanliness and beauty of our community.

The process for violations is as follows:

  1. Written warning

  2. A fine of $100 per occurrence

  3. Hearings if the violations aren’t addressed and fines aren’t paid

If you receive a violation for something that has been approved in the past by a previous board, please ask your property managers/unit owners to contact the board, and we will reconsider the issued violation.

We appreciate your patience and dedication to keeping our community safe and beautiful!
