Parking Patrol Picks Up
We have allowed time for residents to affix their parking tags, so the Board will now be enforcing parking violations more strictly. We will conduct a once-per-month walk around the property to make sure 2026-27 tags are visible. If we notice violations during or in between these monthly patrols, we will reach out to the resident or owner about the infraction and give them time to correct the violation. If the car is not moved or a tag is not affixed within a certain time period after a report is made, the Board will decide if the infraction has been blatant or ongoing to the point of towing.
You must have your new 2026-27 tags affixed or visible in any way through the front or back windows – old stickers from previous years will not suffice.
You are only allowed to park in your unit’s allotted space, and any space in the lot marked “Reserved.” We have a list of which numbered tags were allocated to which units, so cars parked in other units’ spaces (including parking pads, and spaces marked “Reserved for [Unit No.]”) will be reported.
If your car has an issue such as an oil leak that is causing damage to the asphalt, this is also a violation and will be reported.

How to Report a Violation
For residents who wish to report a parking violation, here is the best course of action that you can take:
Notify the board with specific details: make, model, color, approximate parking space being used, and photos. Tenants should let their unit owners/property managers know, so that they can contact the Board.
The Board will closely look into and monitor the violation. We'll decide the best course of action to take — we will first notify the resident, then resort to towing if we must.
The authority to call the towing company is limited to the Board of Directors and Priestley Management Company’s office.
Spaces for Non-Tagged Cars
If you have a guest over, or have run out of tags for your tenants’ cars (Priestley only allots two tags per resident), please advise them to park on the side streets such as Fulton St, W McGee St, Walker Ave, or S Cedar St. You are absolutely allowed to switch tags between cars if you need to, ensuring that your non-tagged car is not parked within any space marked “Reserved.”
